Personal Info
I counsel individuals, couples, premarital couples, families and adolescent males, helping clients heal unresolved childhood issues affecting their present living, to achieve the freedom, peace and the relationships they seek. I enjoy working with couples to help them emotionally reconnect, to build improved, honest and vital relationships and to learn to care for each other. Working with premarital couples, I help them build a solid foundation for their marriage and future. Integrating the Intimacy Therapy Model, Attachment Theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I work with clients on their journeys as they seek to deal with and heal anger issues, anxiety, fear, stress, depression, shame, self-esteem and loss and grief, so they can build deeper relationships and navigate life transitions including employment and unemployment issues. I am mindful of building a collaborative and supportive environment to achieve your goals. I have more than 25+ years’ experience in the business arena, am active in my church’s marriage and youth ministry programs and enjoy time with my growing family. Married since 1978, my wife, Teresa, and I have three children and four grandchildren. Together my wife, family and I have been through many significant life challenges. I understand.
