About me...

It was clear early on in my life that I had a heart for helping people. I loved to listen to people’s stories and each one mattered to me. This is true today and has been for the past 30 years as a professional counselor. Early in my career, I worked with adults in recovery. This transitioned into being a school counselor where I supported staff, teachers, children and families. After 20 years in schools, I became trained as a Personal Development Coach and began leading women’s retreats alongside developing a private practice. My approach to healing is holistic, addressing the mind, body, soul and spirit in who God created us to be. I integrate best practices such as Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment, Somatic, Mindfulness, Intimacy Therapy, Life Model and Immanuel (an inner healing tool). Counseling can be hard and at times painful, but I truly believe we can be restored to living from a place of peace and joy. I look forward to walking alongside you and providing you with tools to live life more fully.

Through my own journey, I can say I have lived a very full life. I’ve been married for 26 years to my husband, Steve Bryan who also is a therapist here at CRC. We have a beautiful daughter who we adore and enjoy spending time playing games, painting and going on hikes as a family.
