About me...

If you’re looking for a place to simply share your story or if you want to delve deeper, I create a safe space to meet you wherever you are in your journey.  Some ways are to explore together pain and blocking points in order to facilitate healing and freedom. My approach comes from understanding that we are created for connection with God, self and others.  In reconnecting with our God-given identity, we can let go of distorted images and beliefs.  I help people gain freedom through creating a space to heal emotional wounds, gain healthy mindsets, and reinforce that they are fully and unconditionally loved.  I also help people by teaching things like mindfulness, grounding, developing boundaries, and adopting a more truthful self-image.

I work with both adults and teenagers. When working with teens,  sessions might look like talk therapy, expressive arts and/or EMDR.

In my free time I enjoy serving at my church, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, watching the sunset, laughing with friends, traveling and music.
