I believe that even though we are often hurt through relationships, we can also receive healing through relationships. I desire for people to experience the healing power of being vulnerable and real with God and one another (to know and be known). I seek to make my counseling room a safe and inviting place for my clients to be able to work through whatever issues they are facing or to acquire the growth they desire in all areas of their health: mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational. God has taught me that the things of the past that were meant to discredit or destroy us is what He often chooses to transform within us for His glory and the welfare of others. One of my passions in counseling is helping men and their marriages to pursue freedom from sexual/pornography addiction. Individual counseling for any addiction is helpful but group therapy has the ability to make the most impact by allowing the things in the darkness to come to light in the context of a safe, caring, and empathizing group of men who have similar struggles.
I’ve been married to my wonderful wife, Danielle, since June 2016. I am originally from Melbourne, FL then moved to New Orleans, LA for graduate school which is where God brought Danielle and I together. We currently reside in Canton, GA with our cat, Mittens. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, laughing, learning, drinking coffee, and relaxing in the outdoors.
