About me...

We are wired for relationship with ourselves, God, and others, but there are all kinds of things that can keep those relationships from thriving. My goal through the counseling process is to help you find restoration and flourishing in these relationships. My role as a therapist is to come alongside you, wherever you are, and walk with you. I will meet you there and help you, hear you, challenge you, grieve with you, and celebrate with you. I seek to create a safe and inviting environment for you to process struggles and heal from wounds so that you are able to grow into the flourishing you were always meant to experience.

A little bit about me… I am a Georgia native and have grown to love living in Atlanta more than I ever thought I could. When I am not in the counselor’s chair, I can often be found with a cup of coffee and a good book, cooking up a new recipe, or spending time in community with loved ones.

Though we are harmed through relationship, I believe we also heal through relationship. I look forward to being on the journey with you as you find healing and freedom.
