About me...

I provide a safe place where you can learn tools to break negative patterns and toxic cycles so that you can feel empowered to get healing and transform your life. I utilize EMDR, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFit) and several other modalities, while incorporating a Somatic approach in sessions. I want to walk alongside of you to bring healing by helping you investigate triggers, release the hurt you are carrying, get the comfort you need, and get connected to love and self-compassion.

In addition, I completed 3 years of ministry school and have been trained in several types of Christian inner healing ministry (Sozo, etc). If it would feel beneficial for you, I enjoy blending my formal education with my spiritual training to form an effective treatment for the whole person. I would be honored to go on this healing journey with you. Please note that I am VIRTUAL only and dually licensed in CA and TX.
