About me...
I’ve always been passionate about relationships, in both personal and professional settings. That passion, along with my own beneficial experiences with counseling and relational work, has led me to believe strongly in the counseling process. My goal is to work through this process alongside individuals and couples to better the relationships in their lives, providing a safe space for them to process and grow in the areas they feel stuck. I believe each person’s journey is unique, and I love working with my clients to better understand their story and make progress toward their goals. This includes talk-therapy, experiential techniques, sand-try activities and more, depending on each client’s specific needs. I see the process of working with each client as a unique opportunity to learn and grow! In my free time, I love baking, going to coffee shops with my husband, Gabe, doing puzzles, and playing with our dog, Frankie. We are leaders of our church community group, and love exploring Austin and spending time with our friends here. We also make sure to enjoy time together at home, and travel to see our families in North and South Texas whenever we can.
