About me…

I hope to create a safe space for you to bring into the open experiences that might have left you hiding in shame or brokenness. I provide a healing environment to assist you towards experiencing more wholeness in your life. Different approaches might be used based on your needs and goals for therapy. I utilize a variety of skills and theories including EMDR, mindfulness, self-compassion, interpersonal neurobiology, boundaries, attachment theories, intimacy therapy and spiritual direction. I work with adult and adolescent clients ages 14 years and up.

My previous experience includes facilitating groups and individual counseling at: a boys and girls club, a residential treatment center for eating disorders, and a trauma center. I also have volunteer experience with humanitarian organizations supporting: anti-trafficking, homeless communities, orphanages and more.
