About me...

We all make sense in the context of our stories. When we look back into the past, at hurts and traumas, we can begin to understand why we are the way we are. With this understanding comes healing and hope for the future. Our childhood is the foundation for our stories. I am passionate about walking alongside children and adolescents of all ages through the challenges life throws at them. My hope is to help children learn to navigate big emotions and situations and give them the tools to explore who they are in the context of their story.

I am originally from Oklahoma but lived in Texas and Rhode Island before moving to Georgia in 2011. I love spending time with my sisters and friends and enjoy taking my dog on outdoor adventures. I am passionate about mindfulness and continuing to explore who I am, where I come from, and who God wants me to be.

We are relational creatures, and we all deserve to have someone to talk to. By providing children and adolescents with the safe space that therapy offers I believe they can begin healing and flourish into who they are meant to be. I would be honored to walk alongside your child or adolescent on their journey.
