About me...
We all make sense in the context of our stories. When we look back into the past, at hurts and
traumas, we can begin to understand why we are the way we are. With this understanding comes
healing and hope for the future. I believe childhood is the foundation for our stories. I am passionate
about walking alongside you as you discover who you are in the context of your story. My hope is to
provide children, adolescents, and adults with a safe space where they can begin to heal.
I am originally from Oklahoma but lived in Texas and Rhode Island before moving to Georgia in
2011. I love spending time with my sisters and friends and enjoy taking my dog on outdoor adventures. I
am passionate about mindfulness and continuing to explore who I am, where I come from, and who God
wants me to be.
We are relational creatures, and we all deserve to have someone to talk to. Through healthy
relationships, I believe we can begin healing and flourishing into who we are meant to be. I would be
honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
