About me...

I have had a passion for working with children and families for as long as I can remember and have done so professionally in many different roles on my journey to becoming a family therapist. I find joy in helping children feel heard and accepted and parents feel a sense of hope, joy, connection, and competency in parenting. I approach my work with clients from a systemic approach and utilize experiential family approaches, expressive arts, and play therapy to help children express themselves in their natural language—play! I also enjoy working with couples to help them change negative patterns of interaction and grow in understanding and connection to one another. In my free time, I like to be outside with my family and friends.",
