I am an Austinite, born and raised, and I care deeply about the well-being of people of all ages and am passionate about helping children, adolescents, individuals, and families live fully and freely. My professional background spans corporate environments, non-profit work, missionary work abroad, and creative fields, giving me a broad understanding of the pressures and challenges people face in today’s workplaces and daily lives.
I work with individuals navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD, as well as challenges related to emotional regulation, identity, and life transitions. I support adolescents and adults facing burnout, workplace overwhelm, unhealthy work dynamics, and relational stress. I also help clients process grief, explore their faith journey, and move toward greater clarity, healing, and purpose in their lives.
I enjoy walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate real-world stressors and work toward healthier relationships within their families, friendships, and professional environments. I bring perspective, compassion, and practical insight into the therapy room to support meaningful growth and connection.
