I am passionate about helping clients find healing and hope as they navigate anxiety, past trauma, relationship challenges, and questions of identity and faith.
My desire is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can process their experiences, better understand themselves, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and relating. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, integrating evidence-based approaches with faith when desired by the client.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move toward wholeness and lasting growth.
In my free time, I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, and exploring God’s creation through travel.
