I'm glad you're here.
As a parent, spouse, and therapist, I deeply appreciate how life's challenges, transitions, and relationships shape our experiences and influence the systems we are part of. Guided by compassion, grace, and a deep respect for every individual's inherent, God-given worth, I blend these personal experiences with advanced clinical and academic training to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space. My goal is to help my clients move beyond survival patterns, strengthen relationships, and experience lasting, meaningful healing.
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the effects of chronic stress. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and grounded in the belief that every person deserves to be understood within the context of their unique experiences rather than reduced to a diagnosis or label.
