Hi, I'm Melissa...

I strive to offer unconditional support to my clients as they embark on their transformative journey, aiming to cultivate stronger relationships and foster personal growth. My commitment is to offer a non-judgmental, secure environment where you can freely discuss trying situations that might result in feelings of shame, guilt, or stigmatization. I employ a strengths-based approach, encouraging you to develop a strong attachment to yourself as you pursue your desired future and work on essential personal and relational skills.

Drawing from my experience as an elementary school teacher, I possess a strong ability to connect with school-age minors. Furthermore, I have extensive experience working with parents and guardians, providing valuable guidance to overcome parenting and kinship care challenges. With 20 years of experience as a previously enlisted-to-officer spouse in both foreign and domestic environments, I have gained a profound understanding of the unique struggles faced by military families. Throughout my husband's active-duty time in the Army, I actively volunteered to support military families from diverse backgrounds, further enhancing my knowledge of their specific needs.

Today, I prioritize both my physical and mental well-being by engaging in activities such as CrossFit, hiking, and yoga. I consider myself incredibly fortunate, as my greatest blessings encompass my loving husband, my children, and the close relationships I share with my friends and extended family. I am filled with gratitude for the meaningful time I have the opportunity to spend at work, assisting my clients, as well as the precious moments I cherish at home with my loved ones.
