About me...

Removing the barriers that create feelings of loneliness and isolation is essential to repairing connections with loved ones. I am passionate about working with children, families, and couples to heighten their sense of empathy and understanding within the context of their relationships. Creating a safe therapeutic space that facilitates growth and healing is my intention as I accompany you through the process.

I am thankful and excited to complete my marriage, family, and child counseling internship at The Center for Relational Care. In addition to being a full-time graduate student at UMHB, I am a wife and a mom of two young boys. As the wife of a recently retired military officer, I gained 20 years of diverse military life experience. During that time, I volunteered for activities that enabled me to support my fellow military families both in the USA and in Europe. My greatest blessings are my husband, children, and my close relationship with my mom-in-law. In my spare time I enjoy CrossFit, watching documentaries, and spending quality time with my family.
