I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel seen, heard, and understood, especially during life’s most challenging times. Therapy should be a place for you to be your authentic self, where you feel supported without judgment. My aim is to create a warm, accepting, and empathetic environment for my clients. I draw from various modalities, including Play Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Expressive Arts, and Attachment Theory. My hope is to empower you to explore your unique journey toward greater meaning and fulfillment, helping you navigate challenges and deepen your self-understanding. My background spans various fields, including teaching, account management, and working one-on-one with children with Autism and their families.
Originally from San Diego, California, I moved to Austin in the summer of 2022. I love exploring Texas with my husband and our dog. I enjoy being near the water, whether it’s at Lake Austin or back at the beach in my hometown. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on this journey we call life. If you feel we might be a good match, I’d be happy to arrange a free consultation call.
