Hi, I'm Nina…

I’m so glad you’re here. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel seen,

heard, and understood, especially during life’s most challenging times. Therapy should

be a comfortable place for you to be your authentic self, where you feel supported

without judgment. My aim is to create a warm, accepting, and empathetic environment

for my clients. I draw from various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

(CBT), Play Therapy, Expressive Arts, Attachment Theory, and Somatic Experiences.

My hope is to empower you to explore your unique journey toward greater meaning and

fulfillment, helping you navigate challenges and deepen your self-understanding.

Growing up in a family that openly discussed and embraced therapy instilled in me a

healthy approach to mental health and emotional well-being. This strong foundation

nurtured my aspiration to become a counselor, as I believe this is my true calling. I feel

privileged for the opportunity to support you on your path.

Originally from San Diego, California, I moved to Austin in the summer of 2022 to

pursue my master’s degree in counseling. My background spans various fields,

including teaching and account management. In addition, I have experience working

one-on-one with children with Autism and their families.

In my free time, I love exploring Austin with my fiancé and our dog, Ellie. I enjoy being

near the water, whether it’s at Lake Austin or back at the beach in my hometown.

I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on this journey we call life. If

you feel we might be a good match, I’d be happy to arrange a free consultation call.
