Life often presents complex challenges that can feel overwhelming, disorienting, and heartbreaking. Whether you are facing a painful relational issue or a struggle within yourself, the need to have someone walk alongside you while you gather your bearings is woven into the very DNA of being human.

As a counseling intern, I desire to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space to explore life’s challenges. Working together, we will identify goals that fit your values and lead you toward the life you hope to build. Meaningful change often takes courage and patience, and I would be honored to join you on your journey.

Before studying to become a counselor, I served for over a decade in vocational ministry. My faith background informs my view of healing and my understanding of human flourishing. I believe each person is made in the image of God with inherent worth. I will gladly integrate Christianity into counseling upon request.

In my free time, I enjoy making memories with my husband of 20 years and my three sons. I love singing, taking care of my houseplants, laughing with friends, and being immersed in the beauty of the great outdoors
