About me...

I am so passionate about counseling – in large part, because of how it has helped me! I approach counseling from an integrated relational framework with deep respect for both your strengths and passions, as well as the specific challenges you bring. I consider it a great privilege to support others in their life journey. 

I'm a Christian and a brain-geek with a passion for integrating our mind, body, and spirit. I love the outdoors whether it's hiking, kayaking, or golf. My wife and I have been married for 23 years (mostly happy) and we are blessed with a joyful nine-year-old daughter.
