Hi, there! I am very excited to be a part of the team at the Center for Relational Care. Growing up as the kid of a minister, I have always been exposed and close to people in their vulnerable moments, both high and low. This has given me the absolute blessing of getting to see the people of God sit with, cry with, laugh with, and heal with others. This is what I intend to do here. My prayer is that I can be a source of safety and strength for you in whatever place you find yourself in.
I am a Texas native hailing from Abilene and have been in Austin since 2015, which is when I started my job as a middle school youth minister, where I continue to work full-time. It is and has been a total joy to be able to walk with middle schoolers and their families as they follow Christ. Before moving to Austin, I received my BA in Theatre from ACU and I find myself using skills and principles that I learned there in my work in both ministry and counseling. So much of being able to tell a good story is being able to listen well, work together, and creatively solve problems. Outside of work, I love to cook, travel, and see movies at Alamo Drafthouse.
