Hi, I'm Emily...
I'm a therapist who is passionate about helping you find joy and hope when life feels hard. We all need a safe space to come exactly as we are and to process tough feelings and emotions. My desire is to provide that space in some of life’s most difficult moments. Whether you’re going through a big life change, feeling stuck, or you’re facing conflict in the relationships with those you care for most, I would love to connect with you and work towards healing and freedom. I also enjoy working with individuals and couples in ministry or who have been in ministry.Â
My goal is to provide a glimpse into the way that God cares for and loves each and every one of us. I believe we were created for joyful and fulfilling connection with God and those around us, and would love to work with you in cultivating this connection in your own life. I have experience and interest in anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, sorting through traumatic past experiences, and working with premarital couples and couples experiencing relational conflict.Â
My husband and I have a son and a dog (who is like our son!). I enjoy running and exploring new coffee shops and restaurants in and around Austin. My husband and I enjoy being involved in our local church and love to travel, especially to the beach!
