Healing What’s Within: A Restorative Group for Women
Come home to yourself — through your story, your body, and your sacred inner life.
This 8-week group offers a safe, supportive space for women to explore disconnection, attachment, and healing through story, somatic practice, and compassionate reflection. Drawing from Chuck DeGroat’s Healing What’s Within, IPNB, and trauma-informed body-based tools, we’ll work gently with the places we’ve learned to hide or overextend — and begin the slow, sacred work of reconnecting to who we really are.
Includes psychoeducation, nervous system regulation, journaling, story-sharing, and trauma-informed movement.

We heal not by fixing ourselves, but by coming home to ourselves.
Relational Care Group
A Relational Care Group is a safe space where you can share your story with others in order to experience healing and transformation. It is modeled after Curt Thompson's Confessional Community and will incorporate practices from Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), narrative therapy and spiritual formation. As you share and respond to stories, you start to experience feeling known and knowing others. Vulnerability begins to get easier. Shame starts to diminish. You experience healing, empowerment and community.

You will have an opportunity to practice:
-
Vulnerability: Transparently revealing your story acknowledges that we are in need of others' help and protection and that they are in need of ours.
-
Embodiment: Paying attention to how our body responds and being curious about why our body is attempting to bring our attention to.
-
Rupture and Repair: As we experience vulnerability we may also experience some hurt, this gives us an opportunity to practice resiliency and repair work in relationships.
-
Imagination: As we embrace the truth of our stories, we can also imagine doing something different for a different outcome.
-
Creativity: Trauma and shame often prevents us from creative work. Through healing trauma and removing shame we can explore the possibility of creating new endeavors.
