About me...

I believe the chance to create a warm, calm, and comforting space for clients to work through life's stressors, anxieties, and pains is a great privilege and responsibility. I believe all humans are wired for relationship and always capable of change. I look forward to guiding clients toward deeper relational connectedness, creativity, and a full, flourishing version of themselves that brings them closer to who they were created to be and in turn allowing them to be present to their life and their goals.

Iā€™m originally from Knoxville, Tennessee and moved to Austin in the summer of 2021 to pursue the dream of becoming a counselor. Before this, I worked in event planning and student advising at The University of Virginia. I found the most enjoyable parts of my work centered on connecting with people and being present in moments of stress. I love running and biking around Austin, discovering new places to eat, hosting, and good conversation with friends.
