About me...

I believe the chance to create a warm, calm, and comforting space for clients to work through life's stressors, anxieties, and pains is a great privilege and responsibility. I believe all humans are wired for relationship and always capable of change. I look forward to guiding clients toward deeper relational connectedness, creativity, and a full, flourishing version of themselves that brings them closer to who they were created to be and in turn allowing them to be present to their life and their goals.

I’m originally from Knoxville, Tennessee and moved to Austin in the summer of 2021 to pursue the dream of becoming a counselor. Before this, I worked in event planning and student advising at The University of Virginia. I found the most enjoyable parts of my work centered on connecting with people and being present in moments of stress. I love running and biking around Austin, discovering new places to eat, hosting, and good conversation with friends.
