I bring with me 30 years of experience as an occupational therapist working with children with
developmental disorders and sensory processing disorders. I pursued becoming a counselor because I
saw how families struggled to meet the needs of their children, and I witnessed the impact on the family
system. It is my hope to be able to support families more fully by utilizing counseling to create a
foundation of healing and health. As a parent of three sons, I can understand and empathize with the
joys and challenges parents face.

Although my focus is with children and families, it has been my privilege to work with adults and couples
as well. I approach each client with compassion and empathy and humbly walk alongside them and
witness God’s powerful healing through our work together.

In my spare time, I am an active member of my church and have been blessed to be part of the prayer
ministry team for 20 years. I also was a leader in the children’s ministry program for 15 years. My
favorite past-time is hanging out with family and friends. I love all animals, particularly dogs and cats. I
am also an artist, and particularly enjoy drawing.
