Hi I'm Andrea...

I’m here to help you make sense of your own story and help identify barriers to healthy well being and relationships. I have life experience and clinical experience to care for what is troubling you. 

A safe space can open the door to understanding and healing. As we heal, we can grow and mature. I can help you decode and resolve what may be contributing to unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling, and doing. 

I am certified in EMDR therapy, using it as the hallmark of my practice for 12 years. I’ll use it to guide you in processing recent and past trauma as well as addressing current problems. 

As a certified spiritual director I can help you unpack any spiritual issues or explore your relationship with God. I can help you prepare for your sabbatical to make the most of your season of rest.
