About me...
Audra is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Registered Play Therapist and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional through Postpartum Support International. She provides counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, caregivers/parents, and premarital counseling. She earned a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Texas State University. Audra is equipped to work with clients through grief, anxiety, depression, life adjustment/transitions (including divorce and single parenting), career and self-worth/identity. Audra has specialized training in Child Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) and is passionate about working with parents. Audra has completed Level One Theraplay training and can provide counseling services to minors and caregivers based on Theraplay® principles. She has training to support mothers and fathers who are transitioning to the life change of becoming a parent through the birth or adoption of a child.
