Hi, I'm Pam...

As a professional counselor, my approach to well-being is grounded in the philosophy that difficulties are the result of painful experiences, aloneness, and lack of healthy relational attachments. Pain and aloneness manifests itself in a combination of physical, cognitive, emotional and spiritual symptoms. I enjoy coming alongside clients to create therapeutic experiences that honor the whole individual and are tailored to a person's unique personality and story. I collaboratively work with clients to incorporate a variety of modalities from my relevant training that align with their values and desires.

Personally, I am 26-year Austinite originally from the Midwest, empty-nesting with my husband after raising both a son and daughter. I enjoy an eclectic mix of hobbies including singing/music, reading, crafting, wine tasting, scuba diving, and Harley-riding.
