Announcing Free COVID Coping Sessions

The COVID-19 pandemic, and the changes in our day to day lives that it has brought, has created stress for many of us and strained even the best of our coping skills. There is no shame in saying that, for some of us, this has been extremely hard.

In light of this difficult time, CRC is offering short-term, FREE COVID coping counseling sessions to support anyone struggling right now. If you need someone to assist you in managing all of the intense emotions you are experiencing or process through any grief and loss, these sessions are a great option to help you keep afloat through the next several weeks. Clients can register for up to 3 sessions.  We all need a little help to keep our head above the water, and we want to offer a helping hand.

Here is how you can take the next step toward meeting this very important need:

To register for a COVID Support Session, please click this link to request a contact from our Intake Team: https://hipaa.jotform.com/200933751203042
